Levi´s store manager

• Achieve profit and loss objectives, implementing business opportunities and actions to maximize sales.- Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Control costs and store operations such as: stock management, payroll, administrative processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and team performance, reporting and informing District Mgrs of action plans.
• Analyze business data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPI's.
• Collaborate in team training and share product knowledge.
• Select and train high level staff with great passion for Denim

Candidate requirements: 
- Passionate about the brand and aligned with our values.
- Experience not only in efficiently managing a team but also in team development.
- Previous experience in successfully managing KPI's and cost control in a fast paced store environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources policies and processes.
- Previous experience in managing store operations, stock and administrative tasks.
