LEGAL TERMS “ADVENT CALENDAR” – CORUÑA THE STYLE OUTLETS

1. Organising Entities

The commercial company Neptune Coruña Outlet, S.L.U. (hereinafter “Coruña The Style Outlets”), with registered office at Av. Pio XII 44, 2nd Floor, Office Building, 28016 (Madrid), Tax ID B84733237, and Neinver, S.A. (“Neinver”), with Tax ID A31038136 and registered office at Avenida Pío XII 44, 2nd Floor, Office Building, 28016 Madrid, Spain, registered with the Madrid Companies Register (Volume 5,720, Sheet 210, Section 8, Page M-93.606), organise the promotion entitled “Advent Calendar” (the “Promotion”), accessible via the website https://coruna.thestyleoutlets.es/es/giftmania and consisting of a skill-based game in which participants who meet the participation requirements set out in these legal terms (the “Participants”) may obtain the prizes indicated in Clause 6.

Coruña The Style Outlets and Neinver shall be jointly referred to in these Legal Terms as the “Organisers”.

2. Purpose of the Legal Terms

These legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) govern the conditions for participating in the Promotion and must be accepted and complied with by Participants.

 

3. Purpose of the Promotion

The purpose of the Promotion is to promote the “The Style Outlets” brand, the Coruña The Style Outlets shopping centre, and the other shopping centres belonging to the same corporate group (listed at https://www.neinver.com/portfolio/) led by Neinver, as well as to encourage visits to the Coruña The Style Outlets centre by offering extra points redeemable through the Style Club loyalty programme.

 

4. Participants

Any person who meets the following requirements (the “Participants”) may take part in the Promotion:

  • Be over 18 years of age and not legally incapacitated.
  • Not be an employee, intern, or contractor of the Organisers, of any other entity belonging to the same corporate group led by Neinver (see list in Clause 3), nor of any entity involved in the organisation or development of the Promotion; likewise, no direct family member nor person up to the third degree of kinship or affinity may participate.
  • Have a Neinver user account, which provides access to most of the digital platforms, applications, promotions, and services offered by Neinver.
  • Have accepted these Legal Terms.
  • Not commit fraud, damage the image or reputation of the Organisers, breach any provision of these Legal Terms, or in any way hinder the proper functioning of the Promotion.

 

5. Duration and Geographic Scope

The Promotion begins on 1 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (CET) and ends on 24 December 2025 at 00:00 a.m. (CET).

It will be available in Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Poland.

 

6. Participation Mechanics

Participants may access the Promotion through The Style Outlets app or at https://coruna.thestyleoutlets.es/es/giftmania. To participate, they must access the skill-based game and, after accepting the Legal Terms, begin playing. The game operates in rounds as follows:

  • As they progress in the game, Participants accumulate points.
  • Each round generates points upon completion.
  • Points are converted into loyalty points that the user may redeem for credit and accumulate in their Style Club wallet. Users may redeem up to a maximum of 450 points during the entire game, equivalent to a maximum of €15.
  • Daily scores are automatically converted into Style Club programme points.
  • Each game has its own scoring system. Some games have a limited number of attempts; once these are exhausted, the highest score achieved is kept. In others, the total points obtained at the end of the round are counted.
  • Participants may redeem the points obtained after completing each round for the entire duration of the Promotion.
  • Participants have until 1 February to redeem the points/credits obtained through the Advent Calendar. After that date, unused points or credits will expire and cannot be claimed.

The Organisers specify that the points or credits may only be used in the shopping centres of the group operating under the “The Style Outlets” brand.

 

7. Prizes

Subject to compliance with these Legal Terms and the achievement of the minimum required score, Participants may obtain loyalty points up to a maximum of 450 points.

Once points have been redeemed, Participants may not make changes or request monetary compensation of equivalent value.

Points may only be redeemed by the corresponding Participant.

 

8. Licence to the Participant

The Organisers grant Participants a limited, non-transferable, end-user licence to view and use the game and other designs, creative elements, or materials related to the Promotion, in executable form, without territorial limitation, restricted to the duration of the Promotion and solely to the extent necessary to participate.

Any other use of the game or materials is strictly prohibited. Participants shall be fully liable for any damages resulting from unauthorised use.

 

9. Taxation

The Prizes awarded in this Promotion are subject to the tax regulations applicable at any given time.
Since the value of the Prizes does not exceed €300, the Organisers are not required to withhold or pay any tax on account.
Participants are responsible for complying with any tax obligations that may arise from receiving the Prizes.

 

10. Liability

The Organisers, their suppliers, subcontractors, collaborators, agents, or distributors shall not be liable for physical or other damages or losses that Participants may suffer as a result of actions or omissions not attributable to the Organisers.

In particular, the Organisers shall not be liable for damages caused by collaborating entities in relation to any Prize.

The Organisers shall not be liable for issues arising from Participants’ actions or from failures in electronic communication networks or technologies associated with the Promotion that prevent its proper functioning for reasons beyond their control.

 

11. Deposit of the Legal Terms

These Legal Terms will be deposited at the Infopoint, where they will be available to all Participants and any interested person.
They will also be published at https://coruna.thestyleoutlets.es/es/giftmania for the entire duration of the Promotion.

 

12. Modification of the Legal Terms

The Organisers may make any modifications they deem appropriate to these Legal Terms at any time, including, without limitation, the cancellation, repetition, extension, postponement, or modification of the Promotion or of the Legal Terms themselves.

Such modifications will be communicated to Participants through the same channels used to announce the Promotion.
The Organisers will not be required to provide any additional compensation to Participants.

 

13. Data Protection

Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Neinver’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.neinver.com/privacy-policy/.
Coruña The Style Outlets will not process Participants’ personal data nor assume any responsibility in this regard.

 

14. Acceptance of the Legal Terms

Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Legal Terms.

 

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any dispute arising from the Promotion or these Legal Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and before the competent courts, pursuant to the applicable regulations.
